Last Update – 2nd June 2025
Our network is designed for resilience and performance. This means the IP address your website uses when it connects out to other services (like payment gateways or external APIs) will be different from the main IP address your domain points to (which handles incoming visitor traffic).
Specific Outbound IPs for Different Services on StackCP:
Shared Hosting Websites:
When your website on our shared platform makes an external connection, it will use one of the following IP addresses: 185.151.28.62, 185.151.28.63, 185.146.165.194, 185.146.165.195, 185.146.165.196, 45.8.227.174, 45.8.227.175, or 45.8.227.176.
Managed Hosting Servers:
External connections from Managed Hosting servers will originate from 185.146.165.195, 45.8.225.203, or 45.8.225.204.
Scheduled Tasks/Cron Jobs:
If your cron jobs need to connect to external services, they will use 185.151.28.61, 185.146.165.196, 45.8.227.174, or 45.8.227.175.
Website Migrations:
When we perform a migration for you, the connection will appear to come from 45.8.227.13 or 185.146.165.5.
Important Recommendation for Whitelisting:
While these are the current IPs, they can occasionally change due to network updates. Therefore, if an external service requires you to whitelist IP addresses, we strongly recommend whitelisting these entire IP ranges for the most reliable connectivity: 185.151.28.0/24, 185.146.165.0/24, 45.8.225.0/24, and 45.8.227.0/24.
