  1. Ensure You Have an FTP Client Available:
    • We’d recommend using FileZilla for this purpose.
  2. Access Your Hosting Control Panel:
    • Log in to StackCP.
    • Head to Manage Hosting.
    • Select Manage for the relevant hosting package.
  3. Unlock FTP:
    • On the right-hand side of the control panel, you’ll see the FTP panel.
    • You’ll need to unlock FTP either by time or by a specific IP address.
  4. Locate Your FTP Details:
    • In the FTP Details section, you’ll find your FTP Server (Host), Username, and Password.
  5. Enter Details into FileZilla:
    • Open FileZilla.
    • Enter the FTP Server (Host), Username, and Password into the respective fields.
    • Click Quickconnect.
  6. Connect to Your Web Hosting:
    • You should now be connected to your web hosting via FTP.
