- PHP Compatibility:
- The WordPress installation, including all plugins and themes, must be compatible with at least PHP 7.0. The platform currently supports the latest version of PHP 8.1.
- WordPress Exclusivity:
- The webspace must not contain any software or code that does not belong to WordPress.
- Subdomains and Additional Domains:
- Any subdomains or additional domains must point to the same WordPress install and be configured as a WordPress Network (Multisite).
Post-Migration Steps #
- DNS Records:
- A platform transfer will reset the DNS records on our nameservers to ensure the package points towards StackCP services. Reconfigure any external DNS records after the transfer completes.
