If you wish to access the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) service before pointing your DNS to StackCP, you can use the hostname of our FTP service directly.

For Linux and Windows: #

  • Use the hostname: ftp.stackcp.com

For Managed WordPress: #

  • Use the hostname: wordpressftp.stackcp.com

By using these hostnames, you can connect to your FTP service and manage your files without needing to update your DNS settings first.
